Day 3 – Saturday RING 1 (Lots 3000-5999):

Farm Tractors, Farm Implements, Boats, RV's, Travel Trailers, ATV's, Picks-Ups, Autos, Collector Cars, Motorcycles, Misc Item.

We will split rings starting around 12:00pm. Make sure to bring 2 people onsite for day 3 buying!

Day 3 – Saturday RING 2 (Lots 6000-6999):

Selling Building Materials and Late Added Items.


**Note: Items with T1, T2, T3 or N1 in the Description is for office use only, sales tax identification.

** Lots showing as "9000" mean the item has not been lotted in our system yet.

** Items will sell in numberical order as shown on the preview buttons above.

Terms of the Auction:

Buyer's Premium:

Day 1 (December 14th) 10% on the 1st $5,000,

then 2% on the balance of each item.

Day 2 (December 15th) 10% on the 1st $5,000,

then 2% on the balance of each item.

Day 3 (December 16th) 10% on each item.

Internet Buying Fees:

3% Additional is added to all items purchased online.

(Example: Hammer Price $100, add 10% (day 3) for Buyer's Premium & 3% for the internet fee = $113.30)

 Load Out: All items must be removed by Friday, December 29th

 Full settlement is due on the day of sale: Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check/Money Order, Personal/ Business Check with bank letter of guarantee-accepted payments (Click Here for an example of a Bank Letter of Guarantee). Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express (3% Fee Applies to Credit Card Purchases). Sales Tax Applied when applicable.

Payment is due on the day of the auction, do not bid on items with the "hopes" of getting financed. You are legally responsible to pay for items you bid on whether you receive financing or not.

All items sold "as is/ where is", with No Guarantees or Warranties.

Inspection prior to bidding is recommended and available.

Buyer is responsible for all freight, handling costs, and taxes where applicable.

Onsite Bidders - If you will be attending the auction in person, you MUST register onsite. You will need a valid driver's license or I.D. in order to register.


Internet Bidders - If you will be bidding online via the live auction day internet broadcast, please register using the link above. Please note that all items may not be available for internet bidding. Please do not submit your registration more than once. Approvals are typically processed within a few hours during normal business hours. To insure that your approval is completed in time for the sale, we suggest that you submit your registration before sale day. The registration you submit online is ONLY good for internet bidding, NOT onsite bidding. Your information will be good for all future sales and you will not need to register again.

PROXY BID on any Auction Item Now Before the Auction Starts, its quick and easy read how below:

How it Works: Register for online bidding, log-in, select your lot, agree to bidding terms, place you max bid amount that you want to bid on that lot. Once you have submitted your bid, you will go through a confirmation page where you will verify the amount you've entered. An email notification will be sent to you confirming  that we have received your Proxy Bid. The seller and other bidders will never know the amount of this bid. Auction Time will place bids, on your behalf, using the smallest bidding increment necessary to ensure that you remain the high bidder until your max bid is met. Similar to the E-Bay style process
